II. Terms & Conditions

1) Acceptance & Eligibility

By using the site, creating an account, or completing any booking/service request, you agree to these terms. You must be 18+ or legally authorized to contract.

2) Included Services

The site provides services related to:

  • Exhibitions: Advertising them, registration/participation, and info management.
  • Events: Registration/booking and visitor attendance management.
  • Digital Marketing: Packages and services for marketing/content/identity.

3) Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and the confidentiality of your login information. Any activity through your account is considered issued by you unless you notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

4) Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change according to what is shown on the site at the time of the request. We may require an advance or full payment before confirmation. VAT may apply when applicable, and invoices are issued according to regulatory requirements.

5) Special Provisions for Event Registration

  • Tickets/Registration are for the specified person/entity and may require ID at entry.
  • Host venues may impose entry/inspection/material restriction instructions, which attendees must follow.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who violates regulations, safety instructions, or abuses others, without refund obligation if the violation is on their part.

6) Special Provisions for Exhibition Participation (Exhibitors)

  • Booth/Space booking confirmation depends on availability and fee payment as specified.
  • Exhibitors must comply with organizational regulations, including safety, crowd, and signage requirements.
  • Exhibitors bear responsibility for their content, products, necessary permits, and any resulting violations.
  • Additional documents (Commercial Registration/ID/Permits) may be required.

7) Operational Changes & Cancellation

Operational circumstances or official instructions may require changing/rescheduling event/exhibition dates or locations. We will notify you via registered channels. Refund/compensation policy applies based on booking type as shown in the "Cancellation Policy".

8) Digital Marketing Services - Scope of Work

  • Service details (scope, duration, outputs, revisions) are per the package/offer description.
  • Client must provide necessary materials and approvals (logos, account access, publishing approvals) on time.
  • Results depend on many factors (market, platform, budget); we do not guarantee specific digital results unless KPIs are documented in a separate contract.

9) Intellectual Property & Rights

Ownership of outputs remains with the company until full payment, then transfers to the client within agreed use limits. We reserve the right to display works in our portfolio unless requested otherwise in writing before execution.

10) Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information exchanged during execution and not use or disclose it except for execution purposes.

11) Third Parties & Links

We may rely on third-party providers (hosting/gateways/tools). We are not responsible for failures or policies beyond our control.

12) Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays or failure resulting from circumstances beyond our control. Liability, if any, is limited to the value paid for the service/ticket in dispute as permitted by law.

13) Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are settled amicably or through the courts in Dammam.

III. Cancellation, Replacement & Refund Policy

1) General Provisions

Policy varies by service type. Payment gateway or third-party fees may be deducted upon refund.

2) Event Tickets & Bookings

  • Customer Cancellation: Allowed up to 3 days before the event unless stated otherwise.
  • No-show: Non-refundable.
  • Organizer Cancellation: Full refund, rescheduling, or voucher provided.

3) Exhibition Participation Fees (Booth/Space)

  • Booking Payments: May be non-refundable after confirmation due to space allocation.
  • Exhibitor Cancellation: Fees apply based on the time before the event (e.g., 30 days before - partial, less - non-refundable), specified in the contract/event page.
  • Replacement: Allowed with our written consent and completion of regulatory requirements.

4) Digital Marketing Services

  • Before Execution: Cancellation within 24 hours of payment is possible if work hasn't started.
  • After Execution: No refunds unless there is a material breach from our side; partial refund may apply based on progress.
  • After Delivery: Non-refundable for fully completed services.

5) Processing Time

Requests are reviewed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as allowed by the payment provider.

6) How to Request

Send your request to support@asayelnajd.com with Order ID, Name, Reason, and proof of issue if applicable.

IV. Important Additional Clauses

  • Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to suspend any suspicious requests for verification.
  • Severability: Invalidity of one clause does not affect others.
  • Language: Arabic is the reference in case of conflict.
  • Minor Protection: Services are not directed to those under 18 without a guardian.
